Event Vendor Registration information:

1.) What is allowed to be sold?

• Vendors may sell any items they make or craft themselves. They may also sell different tools of their trade. No CHINESE items or knockoffs. ABSOLUTELY NO FIREARMS
• Vendors may sell services as well.

2.) What are the options for Vendor Spaces?

• 10×10 – $25 dollars – Includes parking on site
• 10×25 – $50 Dollars – Includes parking on site

3.) What is the event schedule?

• Vendors can arrive on property at 0730 hours for setup
• Vendors may start breaking down at 1445 hours and be clear of the field by 1600 hours
• Vendors may not leave the field, unless its an emergency and will have to coordinate with event staff.
• Vendors will occupy the spaces on a first come first serve basis.

4.) Vendors will receive an extra entry into the door prize with their vendor spot.

5.) Vendors are welcome to contribute to our door prize raffles. Entering an item into the door prize raffle will entitle you to hang additional signage around the property.

6.) Vendor Registration will be cut off when we reach capacity or 16October2024
